We must always be guided by craft, not by what we want to be true! This is easily demonstrable when we go into planetary rulership at the level of identifying not just what’s what but who’s who in the horoscope.
We sometimes forget just how important the Moon is, natally or in predictive work. This is another reason why the time of birth is so important to an astrologer. Without the time of birth we can’t know the Ascendant (the crucial rising sign) but neither can we know the exact position of the Moon.
