It’s another big week astrologically as we travel towards the Total Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius at the weekend, although right now “travel” is not the best choice of words. Obviously the most important news of the day is the new variant Omicron and all we can hear across the world right now is the sound of airports slamming their doors shut. Even the toughest events can be more bearable if they can be located and understood in the unfolding astrology, so here goes …
Consecutive signs work as opposites so we’re moving away from the dark, secret and intense Scorpio world and into the Sagittarian one of openness and truth. This coincides with the Jupiter (Sagittarius) – Pluto (Scorpio) finale at the end of the week.
At a personal level whatever major changes are needed in your own life, or whatever adjustments you need to make to your longer term plans, the options should be reaching their own finale.
Getting new things off the ground is going to be challenging but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t do it. Do however be realistic about time and costs. Refuse to be coerced into things that you know are wrong for you and be quick to spot emotional blackmail, especially of the quiet and subversive kind which is one of the downsides of Mercury in Scorpio.
The bottom line symbolically though is to expect the unexpected. Make no assumptions and try not to stick to old ways of doing things or cling to any wreckage. Be aware of how life is moving you on and go with it, as fearlessly as you can.
